Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid insured shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the ring in its original velvet box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the original appraisal and grading certificates.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure the high-value item is fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting's integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
