Sapphire and rose diamond marquise ring

An antique 18 carat gold and silver marquise shaped ring set with 12 rose cut diamonds and an oval faceted dark blue sapphire. 

The sapphire measures 11 by 5 mm and is around a 2 carat stone. The rose diamonds are about .45 carat in total, SI1 to Pique 1 in quality and I in color. The marquise setting measures 14 mm by 16 mm. 

The ring size is 18.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary. 

This late 19th or early 20th Century ring is elegantly made with a split shoulder design, the sapphire is set in gold, the rose diamonds are set in silver. There is some natural striation visible in the sapphire.
